The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. Where this is not possible, bdwine will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
All withdrawal requests require your account to have passed the full KYC verification process. Verified accounts in good standing receive withdrawal processing within one business day. bdwine reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players are advised to allow up to five business days for funds to appear in their account in exceptional circumstances.
The bdwine Platform operates exclusively in BDT. All balances, bets, winnings, and transaction histories are displayed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to transactions made via local payment methods.
If an account remains inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more, bdwine may apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to the dormant account balance. bdwine will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before such fees commence. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be archived. Players may reactivate their account by contacting support.
bdwine may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
bdwine actively monitors bonus usage. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome, or depositing solely to qualify for a bonus without genuine gaming intent — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
All bets placed on the bdwine Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or casino game. These rules are available within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
All bets are accepted at bdwine's absolute discretion. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and the amount is deducted from your account balance. bdwine reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after initial acceptance, where there is evidence of a technical error, odds miscalculation, manifest error, or breach of these Terms.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, technical errors in odds publication, evidence of match manipulation, or where official results are not recognised by the governing body. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance as a stake refund.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected cricket, football, boxing, and other events. In-play odds fluctuate in real time. bdwine implements a brief delay between bet submission and acceptance for in-play markets. During this delay, odds may change; the amended odds will be presented to you before final confirmation.
bdwine applies maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per player, which are detailed within the relevant sport's betting rules. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout will be capped at that limit regardless of the calculated return.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdwine Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

Upon termination for cause by bdwine, the Company reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in accordance with the specific violation.
